Why don't people wear their seat belts?

I don't know but if there were better drivers it would save many lives. As in...pay attention..stop for stop signs..don't text and drive..don't drink and drive...etc.

That stretch of road is a bit tricky. I've been on it quit a bit. But they should have worn their seat belts.
