Jays fall to Lebanon in wrestling opener

LEBANON, Mo. — Jefferson City dropped its wrestling season-opener Tuesday night to Lebanon 42-33.

Four Jays — Corbin Howard at 120 pounds, Alex Bise at 132, D.J. Jones at 160, and John Carter at 285 — won by fall in the dual.

Rodney Webbe won by technical fall at 145, while Logan Moriarity won by major decision at 126 for Jefferson City.
