Commission approves Karen Drive rezoning

A rezoning request that allows several multi-family residential units on Karen Drive has been approved by the Jefferson City Planning and Zoning Commission.

At the meeting Thursday, several residents spoke in favor and in opposition to the request, which rezones 7.8 acres on Karen Drive from RS-4 medium density residential to PUD planned unit development.
