Cole County voters: Remember getting a blue registration card in the mail this year, from County Clerk Marvin Register? He says a driver's license will work as voter ID Tuesday but the blue card is even faster.
"If you've got that blue voter registration card, that bar code (on it) has everything on it about your voter history, and that will be quicker and faster to get you through the line," Register explained.
