Old Town board considers marketing program

The Old Town Revitalization Company approved its 2012-13 budget.

The city gave the Old Town board $10,000 to promote residential uses in the city center.

Proposed marketing products include an identifier for properties eligible for Old Town incentives, as well as on listings in real estate publications. Educational events for Realtors, bank loan officers, and historic preservation leaders will help spread the word, too.
