Silver-Haired Legislature lawmakers to be chosen

The Central Missouri Agency of Aging is asking Cole County residents to make a difference in their community by voting for a Silver-Haired Legislature representative on May 15.

Residents who are 60 years of age or older are eligible to vote.

Voting will take place from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. at Clarke Senior Center, 1310 Linden Drive in Jefferson City and from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at Senior Center at the Mall, 3600 Country Club Drive, Suite 522.

Candidates to serve as Cole County representatives to Silver Hair Legislature are: Bill Deeken, Patrice Donehue and Richard Hirst.
