Lincoln announces six men’s basketball signees

The Lincoln men’s basketball team may have lost three players to graduation and had a redshirt freshman transfer, but the Blue Tigers more than made up for it by announcing the signings of six players Thursday.

Four of the players are junior-college transfers, while the other two are recent high-school graduates.

Lincoln coach John Redmond said, “All six of these guys have done well in the classroom, and all six will have the opportunity to play right away. Some of these guys will compete for starting positions in training camp, but all of them will contribute from Day 1.”

Included among the freshmen is the lone Missouri recruit, Devin Booker.
