Creating the next Snoopy or Batman?

Anything is possible on paper with a pen in the hand of a comic strip artist.

“What I love about comics is the endless possibilities,” said Rick Rother.

For the third summer, children have signed up for Rother’s Comics Camp: Creating Comic Strips and Comic Books, hosted by Capital Arts.

“I like how you can make up anything, draw it down and usually it will end up being funny,” said Lexi Winemiller, 11.
