Prosecutors charge 6th person in KC man's death

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - Jackson County prosecutors have charged a sixth man in the 2010 shooting death of a Kansas City businessman.

The Kansas City Star reports (http://bit.ly/LuuHYM) that prosecutors this week charged 23-year-old Robert L. Frazier with second-degree murder, burglary and armed criminal action in the death of 49-year-old Michael Tutera. Online court records don't list a lawyer for Frazier.

Prosecutors accuse Frazier of being involved in planning the May 27, 2010, burglary at Tutera's home south of the Country Club Plaza.

In May, 24-year-old Troy Davis pleaded guilty to murder in exchange for two consecutive 10-years sentences. He also agreed to testify in the case. Two other men pleaded guilty and two others are awaiting trial.
