Lady Jays hold summer soccer camp

If history means anything, there were a lot of future Lady Jays at this week’s Jefferson City youth camp.

Jefferson City head coach Matt Stacey knows that because that’s where he first met a lot of the current Lady Jays squad.

“That’s what’s cool about doing this camp,” said Stacey, who is in his 11th year with the Jefferson City soccer program. “You see them here as little kids and the next thing you know, they’re playing for you.
