Five Mid-Missouri school districts and two of the state-operated schools for disabled children scored perfectly in the Missouri Highway Patrol's school bus safety inspections this spring.
And another 15 districts and one state school missed perfection by only one bus.
Statewide, the approval rating was 88.3 percent this year, compared with 87.7 percent last year.
