Rezoning, subdivision plat approved for proposed TriBeca Village

Rezoning and subdivision plats have been approved by the Jefferson City Planning and Zoning Commission for a new proposed subdivision on Creek Trail Drive.

The proposed TriBeca Village subdivision includes 16.75 acres and 29 lots on the 1400 block of Creek Trail Drive.

At the Planning and Zoning meeting Thursday, the two areas of the proposed subdivision, a lot at 2715 Portabello Place Drive and a small portion of the large lot on Creek Trail Drive, were approved for rezoning.
