Wrestling: Helias takes first step

Step one is getting to the bracket. The Helias Crusaders had accomplished that. The next step is doing something now that they’ve gotten there.

“We wrestled pretty well,” Helias wrestling coach Travis Reinsch said Friday night after all nine Crusaders were assured of advancing out of their respective pools in the Capital City Invitational at Fleming Fieldhouse.

The Crusaders brought just nine wrestlers to the available 14 weights because Reinsch believed those were Helias’ best chances to have some success.
