Man sentenced to prison on drug and child endangerment charges

Cole County Judge Pat Joyce recently sentenced a Jefferson City man to five years in prison for pleading guilty to drug and child endangerment charges from December 2011. Gregory Williams, 40, 815 St. Mary's Blvd., was arrested for possession with intent to distribute narcotics (heroin) and three counts of child endangerment.

Judge Joyce also sentenced a Jefferson City man to 120 days of shock detention for pleading guilty to an amended charge in connection with a non-fatal shooting after a domestic dispute between a father and son in June 2011.

Rodney Pritchard Sr., 44, pleaded guilty to second-degree domestic assault, as part of an agreement with the prosecutor's office. He had been charged with first-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action.
