Lincoln women playing for seeding
Wednesday, February 22, 2012
The Lincoln women, already in the playoffs, are playing for seeding.
The team they are battling for the No. 6 seed? None other than Truman State, the Blue Tigers’ opponent tonight. Lincoln is on the road for a 5:30 p.m. tip-off with the Bulldogs.
Lincoln (14-10, 8-10 MIAA) sits a game behind Truman (15-9, 9-9) in the conference standings. A Blue Tiger victory would tie things up but would still leave the tiebreaker scenario undecided as the teams will have split the season series.
