PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Dustin Jeffrey scored a go-ahead goal 37 seconds into the third period, Matt Cooke had two goals, and the Pittsburgh Penguins beat the Philadelphia Flyers 6-4 on Saturday.
Jordan Staal, Pascal Dupuis and James Neal also scored goals for the Penguins, who moved into a tie with Philadelphia for fourth place in the Eastern Conference.
Jaromir Jagr scored two goals against his former team, and Eric Wellwood notched his first NHL goal for the Flyers.
Philadelphia lost for the sixth time in eight games and got another poor performance from Ilya Bryzgalov, who was benched after allowing three goals on 13 shots.
Staal was fined $2,500 by the NHL after the game for boarding Flyers defenseman Braydon Coburn during the second period.
In a matchup of the league's two top scorers, Evgeni Malkin and Claude Giroux each had one assist. Malkin has a two-point lead over Giroux.
BLACKHAWKS 6, BLUE JACKETS 1
COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Jonathan Toews and Patrick Sharp both had a goal and two assists, and Chicago finished a nine-game trip with a victory over Columbus.
Patrick Kane added a goal and an assist, and Viktor Stalberg also scored. Stalberg has eight goals in five games against Columbus this season - matching his total against the rest of the NHL in 51 games.
Corey Crawford had 33 saves for the Blackhawks, who have won two straight following a nine-game losing streak (0-8-1). Marcus Kruger and Sami Lepisto added third-period goals for the Blackhawks, who matched their season high in goals.
Derick Brassard had the lone goal for Columbus, which has lost all five meetings with Chicago this season.
BLUES 4, WILD 0
ST. LOUIS (AP) - Barret Jackman broke an NHL-high, 150-game scoreless drought, and Brian Elliott made 13 saves to lift St. Louis past Minnesota.
The Blues won for the sixth time in seven games and gained points in a franchise-record 21st straight home game. St. Louis earned its league-best 26th home win (26-3-4).
Minnesota has lost seven straight, its longest streak since an eight-game skid from Dec. 13-28, 2011. The Wild have scored just nine goals in the last seven games.
Jackman scored his first goal since Jan. 7, 2010, and gave the Blues a 2-0 lead early in the second period.
Elliott earned his sixth shutout of the season and 15th of his career. He improved to 20-5-2 after entering with an NHL-best 1.61 goals-against average.
Ryan Reeves, Andy McDonald and Vladimir Sobotka also scored for the Blues, who have allowed just 10 goals in their last 10 home games. Reeves, who has nine fighting majors in 40 games, scored for the first time since Jan. 13, 2011.
LIGHTNING 2, CAPITALS 1
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - Steven Stamkos scored his NHL-leading 40th goal of the season and Tampa Bay beat Washington.
The 22-year old Stamkos became the first Lightning player to have three consecutive seasons of at least 40 goals when he scored 1:50 into the second period. Tom Pyatt also scored, and Mathieu Garon made 23 saves for the Lightning.
Brooks Laich had the lone goal for the Capitals, who snapped a three-game skid with a 2-1 road win over the Florida Panthers on Friday. With a win, Washington could have tied the Panthers - who have one game at hand - for first place in the Southeast Division.
Tomas Vokoun finished with 21 saves.
ISLANDERS 4, HURRICANES 3
UNIONDALE, N.Y. (AP) - John Tavares took advantage of Carolina again, notching two goals and an assist in the Islanders' victory that completed New York's four-game season sweep of the Hurricanes.
Kevin Poulin made 33 saves for the Islanders (25-25-8), who pulled within six points of eighth-place Toronto in the Eastern Conference playoff race.
Tavares has 24 goals this season, six against Carolina. He also has six assists versus the Hurricanes (22-26-11), who are tied with Buffalo at 55 points for last in the conference.
Frans Nielsen and Kyle Okposo also scored for the Islanders. P.A. Parenteau tied his career high in points at 53 with two assists.
Brandon Sutter, Jaroslav Spacek, and Jiri Tlusty scored for the Hurricanes, who were 4-0-2 in their previous six games. Carolina captain Eric Staal extended his point streak to eight games with an assist on Spacek's goal. He has five goals and four assists during the spurt.
CANUCKS 6, MAPLE LEAFS 2
VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) - Alex Burrows and Daniel and Henrik Sedin combined for 10 points in Vancouver's thrashing of Toronto.
Burrows scored two goals, Daniel Sedin had a goal and three assists, and twin brother Henrik added four assists. The Sedins' outburst came after both had gone three games without a point.
It was Vancouver's 10th straight win over Toronto, covering a span of more than eight years.
Manny Malhotra, Sami Salo and Kevin Bieksa also scored for the Canucks (37-15-6), who have won six of seven.
Dion Phaneuf and Nikolai Kulemin, with 19.2 seconds left in the game, had goals for the Maple Leafs (29-24-6), who have lost six of seven.

GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Radim Vrbata scored his career-high 28th goal 1:15 into overtime, Mike Smith stopped 30 shots, and Phoenix earned a point in its eighth straight game by beating Dallas.
Mikkel Boedker scored his first goal in 21 games, and Smith withstood a flurry of shots in the third period after having a long scoreless streak end. Vrbata netted his 10th game-winning goal of the season.
Michael Ryder scored his 22nd goal, and Kari Lehtonen had 31 saves for Dallas, which played without leading scorer Jamie Benn.
FLAMES 1, KINGS 0
LOS ANGELES (AP) - Miikka Kiprusoff made 28 saves for his 44th NHL shutout and fourth this season, Michael Cammalleri scored early in the third period against his former team, and Calgary beat Los Angeles.
The Kings are tied with Calgary for eighth place in the Western Conference, but the Flames have one more win. Both teams have played 59 games.
Kiprusoff passed Turk Broda on the career victory list with his 303rd, tying Olaf Kolzig for 24th place and putting him within two wins of Billy Smith. The Flames haven't allowed more than three goals in their last 13 games.
Los Angeles has been beaten 1-0 in back-to-back games and five times this season. The Kings have eight shutout losses overall.
Jonathan Quick faced 18 shots and took another tough loss.
