Rock Bridge edges Helias in extra period

COLUMBIA, Mo. — Deion Hughes hit a 3-pointer with less than 20 seconds left to force overtime, but the Rock Bridge Bruins outscored the Helias Crusaders 10-3 in the extra session to come away with a 49-42 win Friday.

The game was tied at 17 at halftime.
