Man caught after chase

Mitchell L. Atterberry, 34, Fulton, is in Callaway County Jail after city, county and state law enforcement officers chased his vehicle from Holts Summit to Fulton, where he eventually was arrested after fleeing from his car.

Fulton police received a call at 4:56 p.m. Saturday about a high-speed vehicle pursuit coming into Fulton involving a white Pontiac TransAm with a racing stripe.

The Holts Summit Police Department started the chase on U.S. 54 with the Missouri Highway Patrol and Callaway County Sheriff’s officers joining the chase.
