Lincoln to play MIAA hoops twinbill at Pittsburg State

The Lincoln women already have their best conference season locked up. Now the Blue Tigers look to take another step toward wrapping up a berth in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association tournament.

Lincoln (13-8, 7-8 MIAA) sits in sixth place in the conference as it travels to take on league-leader Pittsburg State at 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

Meanwhile, despite a 3-12 MIAA record, the Lincoln men’s team remains within reach of a playoff spot.

The Blue Tigers are just a game behind eighth-place Emporia State (4-11 MIAA) as they travel to face Pittsburg State at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
