ST. LOUIS - The Fatima Comets earned three semifinal berths in action Friday at the Class 1 District 1 wrestling tournament at Whitfield High School.
Fatima is sixth in the 15-team field with 21 team points. Whitfield is first at 61.5, with St. James second at 49.5 and Herculaneum third with 49.
Seven other Comets are still alive in the wrestlebacks with a chance to advance to next week's state tournament at Mizzou Arena.
