Lady Cougars roll

COLUMBIA — The Columbia College Lady Cougars romped to an 80-45 win over the Stephens College Stars on Thursday.

Julie Teeple (Versailles High School) dropped in 14 points for the winners and also added nine rebounds.

Columbia is now 17-8 overall and 7-2 in the American Midwest Conference, while Stephens is 2-20 and 1-8.
