Truman State athletic director Jerry Wollmering posted on his Twitter account Monday the university has officially expressed interest in leaving the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association to join the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
The possible move was first reported Monday by the Quincy (Ill.) Herald-Whig.
