Not much talk about Dixon

COLUMBIA, Mo. — Michael Dixon is no longer a member of the Missouri basketball team, but he was a hot topic following Missouri’s 72-56 victory Saturday against Appalachian State.

Players and coaches, however, didn’t have much to say about the matter.

Missouri coach Frank Haith and players mostly dodged questions about the former guard, instead deciding to focus on what the team has in front of them.

“Mike hasn’t played with us all year,” Haith said. “So we are who we are right now.”
