Lady Jays look for right combination

The designations “jr.” and “sr.” appear frequently on the roster for the Jefferson City volleyball team.

That’s the good thing for the Lady Jays. Now it’s a matter of finding the right combination of players on the floor as the Lady Jays open the season at 7:15 p.m. today at Rock Bridge.

“We have a lot of experience both playing at the varsity level, and playing club ball with the girls playing together,” first-year coach Christine Meyer said.
