About 30 of the more seasoned local skaters will put on a theatrical performance on ice this weekend at Jefferson City's Washington Park Ice Arena.

“Vision Quest” is an abstract story that explores the correlation between the spectrum of colors and the emotions attached to the different colors, said Brent Echols, the show director and assistant director of ice skating at the arena.

The fourth annual Ice Theater will be 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday at the Washington Park Ice Arena. The cost is $5, with children 2 and younger admitted free.
