Mo. House passes workers' comp bill

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - The Missouri House has approved legislation barring employees from suing co-workers for on-the-job injuries.

The bill cleared the House Thursday on a vote of 99-47 and moves now to the Senate.

Lawmakers approved similar provisions earlier this year as part of a bill on workers' compensation and other workplace issues, but Gov. Jay Nixon vetoed that measure.
