Two years ago, the Cole County Commission wrestled with a request by County Prosecutor Mark Richardson to give some of his employees a one-time pay supplement, using money out of a discretionary fund his office maintains.
The commission revisited the topic on Tuesday.
But unlike like two years ago, Richardson did get the signatures of two commissioners to make some of the supplements valid.
