You get 13 hits — five for extra bases, one a grand slam. You hold your opponent to just three baserunners, none of which get as far as second.
That’s a recipe for a very good Senior Day.
“Not bad at all, we’ll take it,” Lady Jays coach Lisa Dey said Monday after Jefferson City blanked the Sedalia Smith-Cotton Lady Tigers 10-0 in five innings at Lincoln Field.
