A Callaway County sheriff's deputy won an award for his work on last year's triple homicide that resulted in murder charges against Holts Summit resident Josh Maylee.
Several law enforcement officers joined Rotary Club members Wednesday in honoring Jackie Karhoff, the 2011 recipient of the George W. Law Award. It is given out annually by the club to honor county officers who go above and beyond the call of duty.
