Helias soccer reaches district final

Brett Jackson scored three first-half goals Monday to lead the Helias Crusaders to a 4-0 win over the Marshall Owls in the semifinals of the Class 2 District 11 Tournament.

With the win, the Crusaders (16-6-2) advance to Thursday night’s district title game against the Fulton Hornets. Fulton advanced later Monday with a 3-1 victory over School of the Osage.
