Crusaders open playoffs today against Moberly

The Helias Lady Crusaders have prepared for this game since the start of the season.

“Our schedule sets us up for games like this,” Helias coach Chuck Register said after wrapping up practice Monday as the Lady Crusaders prepared for this afternoon’s Class 2 soccer sectional game at Moberly against the Lady Spartans.

It’s the latest in a series of big games between the Lady Crusaders (14-10, ranked No. 10 in the final regular season poll by the Missouri High School Soccer Coaches Association) and Lady Spartans (19-2-1).
