Volunteers sought for boards, commissions

Jefferson City is seeking volunteers for a variety of city boards and commissions.
Those committees with openings include: Airport Advisory Committee; Animal Shelter Advisory Committee; Board of Adjustment; Cemetery Resources Board; Cultural Arts Commission; Convention and Visitors Bureau Board; Economic Development Advisory Board; Electrical Examiners and Review Board; Environmental Quality Commission; Firefighter’s Retirement Board; Historic Preservation Commission; Housing Authority Board; Human Relations Commission; JCTV Steering Committee; Library Board of Directors; Parks and Recreation Commission; Planning and Zoning Commission; Plumbing Examiners and Review Board; Police Personnel Board; Stormwater Quality Advisory Committee; Tax Increment Finance Commission; Transportation and Traffic Commission; University Extension Council; and USS Jefferson City Submarine Committee.
