3 straight losses have Helias focused for game with Osage

Suffering three straight losses isn't the ideal way to enter a district tournament.

"After what we went through the last three games, I think we will be focused," Helias coach Chuck Register said as the Lady Crusaders prepared to open the Class 2 District 10 Soccer Tournament this afternoon in Boonville. "We just have to sharpen a few things up."

The Lady Crusaders, who will face the School of the Osage Lady Indians at 2:30 p.m., are the No. 1 seed in the four-team tournament.

"We have to come ready to play," Register said. "There's a target on your back when you're seeded No. 1. You know you're going to get everybody's best game and you have to be ready for that."
