Lincoln women dominate at Championships

EMPORIA, Kan. — The Lincoln women’s team won seven events and set one meet record while capturing the team title at the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association Outdoor Track and Field Championships that finished Sunday.

The Lincoln men, meanwhile, won six events and set one MIAA meet record while coming in third in the team race.

The Lincoln women used their dominance in the sprint events to rack up a total of 180 points.
