Area players earn spots on all-district teams

Jefferson City and Helias claimed five spots, while Blair Oaks had four players on the all-district basketball teams released this morning by the Missouri Sportswriters and Sportscasters Association.

Shane Meyer of Jefferson City was selected as Class 5 coach of the year.

Josh Buffington of the Crusaders was named Class 4 coach of the year.
