HOLTS SUMMIT, Mo. - An electrical problem apparently started a fire Tuesday night at a Holts Summit apartment house that left some residents needing help from the Red Cross.
According to fire department reports, the call to go to 301 Karen Drive, a house that had been converted into apartments, came in just after 9 p.m.
