ROLLA, Mo. — Four years of sectional heartbreaks were washed away Wednesday night when the Blair Oaks Falcons busted through the sectional barrier with an 82-66 win over Dixon in their Class 3 sectional game at Missouri S&T.

Blair Oaks advances to the quarterfinals at noon Saturday against Strafford at Missouri State University. Strafford was a 50-47 winner over Mount Vernon in its sectional Wednesday night.
