JC man charged with fleeing, injuring two officers

A Jefferson City man is facing six charges in connection with a vehicle and foot chase that left two Jefferson City police officers injured.

Authorities initially said Jason Williams, 30, had identification that showed he was from Florida. But court documents filed Friday showed he has a Jefferson City address of 720 Glendale.

Williams was charged with two counts of assault on a law officer, two counts of resisting arrest along with one count of driving while intoxicated and one count of driving while revoked.
