Red Cross chapter deploys another volunteer

Another Capital Area Chapter of the American Red Cross volunteer is deploying to Joplin to support disaster-relief efforts in the city.

The Moniteau County resident is assigned to mass sheltering and will report to Ozark Christian College in Joplin.
