There's an excitement in the air at Adkins Stadium that's ready to explode.

After a tough 6-5 season that ended in a 28-14 loss to Francis Howell in the Class 6 sectional round, the Jefferson City Jays have been hungry to hit the field again.

They came into their second of camp this week ready to play, so they're going to cap off the camp tonight with a practice beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Adkins Stadium. Fans are welcome to attend.
