Several groups collecting school supplies for needy

School supply collections are on the rise because the number of families in economic need is still growing, too.

Quinn Chapel A.M.E. and The Redeem Project have raised the bar for their benevolent programs to put pencils, paper and other essentials into the hands of area school children.

Thank you Michelle for sharing the "giving" opportunities with the community with regard to school supplies. It's not important what organization someone donates to, what is important is that the children are taken care of. Isn't it wonderful to know you can be a blessing to a child through something as simple as a box of crayons or a notebook?! Blessings!
