Council approves insurance changes, siren replacements

Tuesday wasn’t a good night for the St. Louis-based Arthur J. Gallagher firm as Jefferson City government’s insurance broker.

On two separate city council votes, they lost their contracts with the city for both employee benefits coverage and for property and liability coverage.
