Multiple deployments to a combat environment would, for many, serve as a catalyst to seek out an alternative employment arrangement. But for local Army recruiter Matthew Woods, it is simply an extension of the enthusiasm he possesses for his chosen career path.

Recently married to a young woman from St. James, Staff Sgt. Woods now enjoys the Mid-Missouri area and has aspirations of attending officer candidate school (OCS) to receive his commission as a military officer.
