Racial slur found on MU building

COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) — Chancellor Brady Deaton says he was “dismayed and deeply offended” by racial graffiti found on a University of Missouri-Columbia building.

The racial slur was discovered in front of a dormitory at the university Saturday.

Deaton said in a statement that the university has “zero tolerance” for such graffiti.

University police have been investigating the incident.
