After digging out of the winter storm, the area sports scene is set to get started.
The Jefferson City Jays and Blair Oaks Falcons will make up boys basketball games today, while the Helias Crusaders will insert a new game into their schedule.
The Jays will travel to DeSoto for a 5:30 p.m. tip, while the Falcons head to Hermann for a 6:30 p.m. contest. Both games were originally set for Friday night.
Helias will host Fatima at 2:30 p.m. today. It was a last-minute insert into the Crusaders' schedule after their home game this coming Tuesday against Marshall was canceled due to scheduling conflicts.
