Roughly 15 people joined city staff Tuesday for a neighborhood meeting on the latest annexation efforts.
At the Jefferson City Country Club, residents heard presentations from several city employees on the process of annexation and how they would be affected.
Last week, the City Council's Annexation Committee accepted a plan by city staff to move forward on an annexation proposal on the western side of the city.
