Girls Basketball: Laquey 73, St. Elizabeth 57

CUBA, Mo. — St. Elizabeth got a career high 27 points from Savannah Stiles, but it wasn’t enough as the Lady Hornets dropped a 73-57 decision to Laquey on Thursday in the semifinals of the Cuba Tournament.

While top-seeded Laquey couldn’t stop Stiles, St. Elizabeth couldn’t stop Maura Skidmore, who pumped in a game-high 32 points for the winners.
