Holts Summit finances get good marks

The city of Holts Summit was given a clean bill of financial health during its Board of Aldermen meeting Monday.

Williams Keepers performed an audit of the city’s financial statements and gave a “clean opinion,” which is the best rating that can be received, according to audit partner Heidi Chick, who delivered the audit report Monday.
