Assessor: Cole County property values rose slightly

Cole County’s recently completed property assessments show little growth in the past two years.

The final numbers haven’t been calculated, but County Assessor Chris Estes said the assessed valuation of county property rose slightly, with about 1,600 properties increasing in value and about the same decreasing. The rest of the property didn’t see much change.
