Marcus Denmon, a senior Missouri guard, is one of 14 finalists for the U.S. team that will play in the World University Games later this month in Shenzhen, China.
“It’s been a great experience and it was humbling when I heard I was on the team,” Denmon, a Kansas City native, said. “I am just proud I am able to represent my university, represent Kansas City and represent our country.”
Kim English, another Tiger senior guard, was not one of the finalists.
